A national of Trinidad and Tobago Ray worked for four years as a certified NAUI scuba diving instructor with one of the three dive operations on the island at that time, he then emigrated to the UK where he furthered his education and changed his career path.

He became heavily involved with advances in Information Technology and has worked with many blue chip companies on various projects. He also gained extensive Hotel and tourism experience while working as a Promotions Director with Fairfax International and was successful in effectively promoting many four and five star hotels within the UK.

With a thorough working knowledge of the Tourism and leisure markets in the UK together with the developing markets regionally, in the U.S. and in Europe. Sloper Enterprises Tobago Limited is committed to providing the medium for integrating national and International companies through a professional level of service and by promoting the destination both domestically & internationally.
